If accepted, you will be sent a Paypal invoice for the total: $200 + PayPal Fees
The A2F’s vendor room is juried. We limit our Vendor Room to 20 booths so that every vendor has a good customer flow. This is NOT first-come, first-serve. In our selection process, we try to pick a variety of wares – so please make sure to list what you plan to bring.
Tables will not be provided, so if you need a table for your space, please bring one. Electricity is not included with the booth. The sale of food (snack or drink) items is prohibited.
💰 TAXES: The state of Arkansas takes the collection of sales tax very seriously, therefore, if you do not have an Arkansas tax ID number, we will be collecting sales tax from your sales each day at the convention. If you DO have an Arkansas Tax ID, a copy of it must be given to the convention before setting up your sales space.
