In Artist Alley, you will find everything from prints to handmade jewelry and accessories to buttons and pins, and so much more.
The Artist Alley is for artists and crafters to showcase and sell their drawn/handmade items. Artist Alley opens at the regular convention hours. However, artists may choose to close their table at anytime they like in the evening.
If you would like to be part of A2F 2025’s Artist Alley, please fill out the form below. This is a JURIED Artist Alley, NOT first-come, first-serve. In our selection process, we try to pick a variety of mediums and wares – so please make sure to list what you plan to bring.
The A2F Artist Alley is juried. We limit our table sales so that every artist has good customer flow. Tables will NOT be provided. Electricity is not included with the table.
Mildly altered items are not allowed in Artist Alley, this includes but is not limited to: altered retail costumes, wig stylings, or altered commercial stickers. The sale of food (snack or drink) items is prohibited.
🕖 HOURS: Please note that the Artist Alley is in an open area and does not close at night. Artists are responsible for their merchandise and how they close down their table every day. You may take your items with you when you leave at night.
💸 INVOICE: If you are accepted, you will be invoiced via PayPal for $100.00 + Additional Badges + PayPal Fees. You will have 7 days to pay the invoice before we cancel it and move to the next person on the list. If you have any reason to delay payment, please let us know ASAP to be granted a small extension.
TAXES: The state of Arkansas takes the collection of sales tax very seriously, therefore, if you do not have an Arkansas tax ID number, we will be collecting sales tax from your sales each day at the convention. If you DO have an Arkansas Tax ID, a copy of it must be given to the convention before setting up your sales space.
